Marriage Officer and Pastoral Counselling

So you have decided to get married. Congratulations! There are so many things to plan.. the venue, the dress, the reception, guest list and so much more….. Have you remembered to arrange for a Pastor to conduct the ceremony and arrange the legal documents? Johan Cronje has 40 years pastoral experience and is a fully licensed marriage officer with the Department of Home Affairs. He and his wife Alta, offer the various services to the Bride and Groom.

Services Offered:

*A Christian wedding ceremony of hetrosexual couples, conducted in English or Afrikaans, at venues in Cape Town. Other areas within Western Cape and South Africa, will also be considered.

*A meeting with you as the bridal couple to discuss and plan the order of events, duration, vows and other aspects of your wedding ceremony.

*Pre-wedding counselling.

*Refer you to lawyers to advise on the legal aspects of your marriage and issue your marriage contract i.e. Anti-nuptial with/without accrual or community of property agreement (for which Johan receives no commission)

*Attend a wedding rehearsal (if required)

* Transport costs to the venue are included within Cape Town. Costs for transport to and accommodation at ceremonies further afield will be additional.

*Conduct the wedding ceremony, in Afrikaans or English.

*Serve Holy Communion as part of the Ceremony, if requested.

* Issue you with a marriage certificate on the day of your marriage, and then deliver the Marriage Register to the Department of Home Affairs in Bellville. (Cape Town)
